Angels In America is a 501(c)3 non-profit group.

Our Mission Statement is to “Provide help in the community by volunteering with the public and providing financial support. Provide hope, encouragement, and assistance to those in need. To better the world one good deed at a time. Making America stronger through community spirit.  Answering the Call.”

The Board consists of 11 members and we are always looking for volunteers to assist with specific events or for those that want to get more involved, we welcome you to our meetings.

We meet every 2nd Tuesday of each calendar month.

Each Board Member will hold office for a period of 2 years and until his or her successor is elected and qualifies.

Every act or decision done or made by a majority of the directors present at the meeting or via a written vote.

The corporation shall keep at its principal office and available for inspection:

  • Minutes of all meetings of directors, committees of the board, and of all meetings of members.
  • Adequate and correct books and records of account, including accounts of its properties and business transactions and accounts of its assets, liabilities, receipts, disbursements, gains, and losses
  • A record of its members indicating names and addresses
  • A copy of the corporation’s articles of incorporation and bylaws as amended to date, which shall be open to inspection by the members

None of our officers or directors will be compensated aside from being reimbursed for purchases they might pay.

All fundraisers will be conducted by our Board of Directors or other volunteers – no one will be paid for this service.

All vendors / purchases will be voted upon and in instances where applicable we will require at least 3 bids to determine competitive pricing before making a decision.
